Welcome to "Castlecrew Technologies"! We want your shopping experience to be fantastic, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.  


Return Period    
 

If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you have (2) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We want to make sure you have enough time to decide if the product is the perfect fit for you.  


Eligibility for Returns  


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.   


Initiating a Return  


If you decide to return an item, log in to your "Megamarz" account, go to your order history, find the order containing the item you want to return, and follow the return instructions. Our system will guide you through the process.  


Return Shipping  


You're responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping service and keeping the receipt until the return is processed.  


Refund Process  


Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment method, it may take upto (5-7) business days.  


Partial Refunds  


In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if an item is returned in a condition that's not fully resalable.  


Refunds for Non-Returnable Items:  


Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked in the product description. If you have concerns about the non-returnable status of an item, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making a purchase.  


Damaged or Defective Items:    
 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within [2-3] business days of receiving the product. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.  


Exchange Policy:  


Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want. For any queries, please reach out to our support team at castlecrewtechnologies@gmail.com.
